How do rent payments work?

Does the tenant pay you, then you pay me?

Rent is paid by the tenant to RPM Varanasi. More than 80% of our tenants pay their rent electronically. Once the funds have passed the bank, we will direct deposit the current month’s rent, less our fee and any other fees, into the bank account of your choice. Owner payments are made weekly.
